Free tournament participation

Free events cost nothing to enter and are funded by the club. They’re ideal for beginners and anyone wanting a low-commitment game. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis, so register early.

Paid tournament participation

Paid events carry a clearly stated entry fee that covers the venue, materials, staffing, and a fully organised competition. Payment secures your place. The fee reflects the event, never an advantage — all players compete on equal terms.

Beginner-friendly events

Events marked as beginner or beginner-friendly include a rules walkthrough and a relaxed pace. You don’t need prior tournament experience — just a willingness to learn.

Team competitions

Team events are played by small groups under one name. You can register a complete team or ask to be matched with others. Team sizes are stated per event.

Tournament rules

Each game follows its published rulebook, with any house adjustments explained before play begins. Referees make final decisions on rules disputes to keep things fair and moving.

Fair play principles

We expect honesty, courtesy, and respect at every table. Results are earned through play alone.

Schedule changes

Occasionally a date, time, or venue may change. We’ll notify registered participants by email as early as possible. If we cancel a paid event, you’ll receive a full refund.
